Rent our Venue

​

Our facilities are perfect for weddings, receptions, parties, fundraising events, meetings and more. 

​

Located on the ground floor of the museum, the Little Egypt Room is 17 x 33 ft and includes a wheelchair accessible ramp at the back of the venue (we regret that washrooms are currently not wheelchair accessible).

​

Maximum capacity for events are as follows:

54 people (with tables & chairs)*

69 people (with chairs only)*

*This capacity includes musicians, MC, officiant, serving staff, etc.

​

Our exterior grounds offer spacious lawns, shade trees, manicured gardens, and additional space for visitors to explore and take photographs.

​

PRICES:

General Functions - $50/hour 

Non-Profit Group Rental - $25/hour

​

A non-refundable deposit will be required at time of booking as well as a liability insurance fee.

Wedding Packages

​

Weekend wedding packages start at $400 and include:

​

  • Use of the Little Egypt Room and two (2) washrooms beginning Friday 5pm-11pm, Saturday 8am-11pm, & Sunday 8am-11am

  • Use of tables & chairs

  • Use of dishes & cutlery

  • Use of tea & coffee equipment

  • Use of general kitchen equipment, dishes, & utensils

  • Note: Food cannot be prepared on site.

A non-refundable deposit will be required at time of booking along with a refundable damage deposit of $100. 

​

A Liability insurance fee will also be charged at time of booking for all rentals. Insurance coverage for events is purchased through Duuo.ca.
